ClickCommerce / Xelus Experience Summary

Led a team of Product Managers engaged in the full life cycle development of core products and new software footprint expansion using venture capital. Xelus is a leading provider of Web based service parts planning, optimization and execution software for high tech, telecommunications, aerospace and utility industries. Applications supported included web based service parts distribution resource planning, target stocking level optimization, sourcing and eProcurement, wireless field service management, service contract management and depot repair supporting $30 million in annual sales.  Served as the lead for the expansion into wireless workforce management through a branded OEM partnership.  Also led the commercialization and launch of a reverse auction eProcurement application deployed and marketed as an ASP hosted service.  Rvamped the companies Commercialization Process; a focused methodology for reducing the lead-time and improving the quality of new product introduction. Directed Product Managers engaged in functional requirements definition, ROI business justification and functional specification.  Our group also provided overall project management for software development, QA and all down stream marketing and sales activities. Commissioned by the CEO to write the 2001 company business plan and 10K filing content.
