GSLC is a venture capital backed startup, providing an Internet exchange delivery system for international student loan programs. Initially brought in on a consulting contract to outsource IT and build a loan delivery platform. After implementation, took over full CTO responsibilities for system footprint expansion and supplier management. In addition to managing the outsourcing contracts, served as the primary web site designer including development of proprietary, patent pending loan delivery technologies. System architecture includes dynamic content management, work flow, internationalization and integration with major industry players including ACS, foreign and domestic banks and major universities world wide.
