Provided consulting and project management for an IT service management company
that was awarded an event based, client hardware/software fulfillment outsourcing contract by Wegmans. Performed original
contract due diligence, designed new asset management and operational support processes and managed day to day contract execution
supporting the service level agreement. This Managed Services IMAC contract covers desktop/laptop asset management, imaging,
build and deployment; network printer, multi-function device deployment and peripheral deployment; software installs and profiling
for a 4000 plus user base spread over corporate locations and 75 stores in four states.
