As a boutique shop, we offer a focused range of ITIL consulting
services with one common denominator: we always approach an engagement, by first understanding the business strategy, before
launching into solutions. We redesign processes before throwing software at the problem - in many cases, companies have already
invested in the tools and it may only be a matter fixing broken processes and tool re-configuration. ECS has developed enterprise
level solutions for the front door of IT to improve how clients request IT services. We also have the depth and expertise
to drive back office integration using a variety of tool sets.
In
the last ten years, many facets of IT have been commoditized to the extent that IT outsourcing and hybrid combinations have
become the option of choice. Outsourcing at a variety of levels can provide near term cash while at the same time increase
services to internal clients. In addition, freeing resources from the operations and maintenance tasks that consume many IT
departments, allows the organization to hyper focus IT on business processes key to revenue and survival. As an independent,
general contractor, ECS minimizes the risk of IT outsourcing by performing due diligence and generating iron clad contracts
that guarantee performance.

and managed the day to day operation supporting agreement SLA's.
