Citibank Experience Summary

Brought in to create a low cost, distributed computing data center, infrastructure and development architecture to host Web based loan delivery systems, leveraging multiple corporate mainframe data centers. Responsibilities included management of 30+ FTE and vendors engaged in distributed application development, LAN/WAN engineering and administration, telecommunications, voice, hardware/software procurement and security administration with a $4 million dollar O&M budget. Led deployment of Internet, Intranet, Imaging, Computer Telephony, Data Warehouse and Sales Force Automation systems. Directed implementation of a Microsoft BackOffice product strategy, supporting a low cost, high performance, rapid deployment technology platform. Web enabling loan products generated over $1 billion loan volume over a two year period.  Implemented an integrated 270 seat in bound customer service telephony application and a Autodialer system for outbound bill collection campaigns.  The position required direct interface with senior management at SLC, multiple Citicorp organizations and numerous technology vendors, agencies and industry partners engaged in the higher education, financial aid industry.
