Provided IT Development Management with responsibility for strategic IT planning, mainframe and distributed application development in a multi-vendor mainframe, Unix and distributed windows environment. Business mix comprised both aerospace and commercial flight control hardware and systems engineering/manufacturing performed across multiple U.S. divisions and international production facilities.

• Implemented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and long term contract accounting commercial software and process re-engineering for manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Philippines, Germany, Ireland and the UK.
• Developed advanced Shop Floor Control applications, bar-coded operation sheet UI's, tool and gage BOM systems, CAM engineering drawing integration and EDI/SPEC2000 solutions to automate supply chain procurement.
• Implemented a Systems Development Methodology, Joint Applications Design (JAD) re-engineering and project management standards and governance. Provided 24X7 support for 2000 users utilizing 70 finance, engineering and production manufacturing systems spanning IBM mainframe (DB2), SUN Solaris (Oracle) and MSSQL servers located in multiple data centers world wide.
