Step 4: Prioritize Requirements, Time Phase Deliverables and develop Project Plans with Cost, Schedule and Key Performance Indicators

Step 5: Create Solution RFP's/ Contracts, Manage Professional Services and Internal Teams

Step 6: Establish Solution Governance, KPI Performance Collection and Dashboards
